He was right to fear for it because it's been pretty obvious that they plan to write out the character by the end of the year, but now that he's actually had the gall to put words into Ali's mouth, he might want to start looking for work elsewhere immediately.

Deleted User	what bugged me is that its the same crapola his fans spew. I was told James puts his fans up to that. Hmmm, maybe their is some truth in it? I'd like to know how he knows his script 6 months in advance when I believe Ali said in previous interviews that sometimes a new script could be placed under the door at any given time. Can someone please verify that? I think she said something like that. Now of course, we are the bad ones bc of what James said. Ugh, what else is new. How are we being mean when this came out of Jame's mouth? I think a few need a pacifier, James being this biggest one. Please take this down if I was out of line, but boy, the nerve of some over this.

So many of the stupid lines sound like the crap that some delusional ones post over at DR. James keeps reminding us that the rape is a forgotten issue---maybe for HIM it is but for not for most of us. We should really let him know that!

The most irritating thing to me about that interview, besides his nerve in speaking for Ali, is that all of his answers seemed like they were taken straight out of his fans' posts. It was like he was reading from a script that they wrote for him. Which says a lot, actually.

Young, impressionable teenage girls who are going to think rape is okay if the guy "loves" you. This is why I think that Days needs to take responsibility for their story, and they need to speak up.

Hello, I'm writing to you because I and many others are horrified with Days Of Our Lives, Sony, and NBC who are romanticizing and glorifying rape. They currently have an on again, off again couple of EJ and Sami who are a rapist and his victim. I realize this is a Soap Opera, but many impressionable teenage girls watch this show and the message they are sending is that rape is okay if your rapist "loves" you. I'm not sure if you'll even care, but many of us do and we want it known that Rape Is Not Romance. I believe that if enough people speak out they will not only drop this disgusting storyline, but will also possibly use their brains and not consider it ever again for any couple on the show. THe man just doesn't stop does he...can James please explain to us why over 1 million viewers have left Days since he became the 'main attraction'? At around the time that they started hinting about the rapemance...coincidence..I don't think so...it happened again in 2008 when many people walked away and since Feb of this year Days has lost about 800K viewers...I would tell Mr. Scott to do his research of the soap that he works on before he tries to state that people don't care about the issue...they do or else Ej and Sami would have been a successful couple by now, but everytime they flirt with even remotely putting them in each other's orbits they tank BIG TIME! I wonder why?
