We've been waiting to see if he would be renewed by the show, and this past weekend we got our answer. According to Bryan's manager, he has taped his last episode with the show this past week. (it should air sometime in February). Bryan is thrilled to have new opportunities in front of him, but I know that I speak for everyone here when I say that he will be missed terribly. NOoooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Norma! OMG. this sucks! Hell of a xmas gift no? Do you know if he is the one that gets killed? If he's the one that get's killed they can guarantee an award for worst storyline ever.

Days is dead to me. If you're wondering why my screen name changed yesterday, that's why. I'm still a Canuck, but I'm no longer a Days fan. I didn't realize that was you. I appreciate all the work you have done on the youtube clips and in the canuckdays. I love watching old episodes of these two. I am forever a lumi fan, but I'm definitely not a days fan. I'll quit watching once he's gone and I have no intentions of ever watching again unless Bryan were to return. I've watched for over seventeen years and now I quit. I hope that other lumi fans will do the same so days can realize what a huge mistake they made.

If you haven't yet, the addresses can be found on the Support Lumi page. I will do Norma. I haven't been on this board until now, but I've been a member for awhile. I'm a full time student and mother of three so I don't have us much time as I would like to chat. I'm known as momfulltimestudent in the days of our lives community page. I think I've seen you over there before. I started out watching days when Bryan came aboard and now that he's gone I'm gone to. I can't stand that the writers have done this to the best couple on days ever. I don't know if it's Ali and Bryan's friendship that makes them so majical together, but I know that when they looked into each others eyes you could almost feel the love lumi had for each other. I was wondering if you could tell me what is Gary Tomlin's connection with Passions. Did he have something to do with it? I never have kept up too much with the writers. The only person I knew of was Ken Corday. If you can answer this for me it would clear up a few things for me. Like why are we seeing so many of the actors over at days. Now that I know you guys will still be over here I think I'll pop in more often to still gush about my lumi. I'm finished with days, but never lumi.

Why would days hire someone who had anything to do with Passions. The soap was so stupid that when my husband and I were bored we would watch just so we could have a good laugh. They didn't even last long enough to even make a real name for themselves. I don't get it. I just don't get it.

I have quit posting at Nbc and sony. I was lumimegafan over there. I just see no point in posting at either of those places, unless Tomlin sees the error of his ways, I won't be seen watching Days again. It feels great to be out of my Days induced coma. I don't have to deal with any sites but here and my own. It's been wonderful. I now only care about what is said here and on my site. Its a beautiful thing to be free of all else but this. I imagine Bryan is feeling pretty free himself right about now. I know there are only good things ahead for him....GO BRYAN, GO, GO, GO! I bet any time now Bryan will burst into primetime or movies or what ever he feels is best for him. He's sure as anything got the talent!

So in the new SOD it does say that Bryan opted not to stay as recurring once he was told his contract wasn't being renewed.....so I guess they did offer him something but not what he wanted (a contract). Makes me feel just a little better but not great. I'm hoping he still sticks it to them.

Not only has Sami being completely destroyed but lately it seems that all of the characters are being slaughtered... I prefer for Lucas to be safely out of Salem for the continuing mayhem.

Not to mention that every single new actor coming on except for Wally has gotten at least a one year contract....GG got a 4 year one...isn't that rather odd, LH, EM, and the girl that plays Gabby all got 3 year contracts I believe? It is an insult to not give Bryan at least a one year renewal like they recently did to Nadia....however notice how Chloe isn't featured anymore...I suspect they are just keeping her around for the Dan and Carly fallout...and does anyone think Stephanie will be seen much after Phelanie's wedding...that triangle is going to be all about Nathan and PHelanie not Steph....it appears that Nathan is only settling for her and that Philip quickly forgot that he got engaged to her twice in two months....lol...with the passing of time it does get a bit better to accept that Lucas won't be destroyed further...

Do they really think the scenes between Galen and James are going to create the fireworks. What a joke. I am glad that Bryan did not accept a reoccurring role too. He deserves so much better.
	Thank you Days for bringing back Bryan Dattilo as Lucas Horton! His fans are ecstatic about his return!

Deleted User	I am happy Bry is gone from that show, at least he doesnt have to deal with the lunacy anymore. I think Bryan is awesome and I am not ashamed of that fact. Just for the record I think Brady is cool too. This site is the best ever bc the mods and the admins do such a great job at keeping this such a pleasent place to post. This is why I stopped going anywhere else. Everyone is so well mannered here and never make me feel unwelcome. You girls are the best. I like who I like and that is respected here. This site and Bry rocks!

Deleted User	Oh and another thing, I am so glad Bryan is going somewhere where he will get s wonderfully treated as we do on this site. This site is full of respect for its posters and I think that is awesome. Bryan deserves way better then he got at Days and he always treated his fans with such respect. I am so glad to be done with anything regarding the fan wars. That part of my life is over. I don't have to deal with the craziness anymore just as Bryan doesn't. Isnt it great to be free?

I quit watching and I hope everyone here is doing the same. I actually emailed nbc and told them they should cancel the show. I think the writers have literally lost their minds. The writing is completely unreal. I can't believe their still on the baby switch story. Sami finds out that Sydney is hers and then she's kidnapped. This soap used to be so good and now it's just pathetic. It won't be long before days is cancelled. I would be very surprised if they stayed on the air much longer. If they brought back all the vets then maybe they could save it if they broght the insanity to an end, but it doesn't look that way.
